INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

This is how you mount your b:ownd PS5 covers - without any tools! If you still have questions, feel free to contact us via our contact form - we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Important: There is exactly one B:OWND cover per console side. It is placed directly on the curve and clicked into place.

Step 1

Preparation

In the Control Center, select Power > Turn off PS5. The screen will turn black, the power indicator will flash white and then turn off.
Disconnect the power cord and all other cables. Allow the console to cool down.
Prepare a soft, clean surface (e.g., a microfiber cloth) to prevent scratching the real metal surface of the covers.
Place the console upside down with the front facing you on the soft surface, then remove the stand.
Gently lift the original cover off the console to release the clips and remove it. (Proceed in the same way on both sides.)

Step 2

COVER - Assembly

Align the B:OWND cover with the curve of the console and align the clips with the corresponding holes.
Press the cover until it audibly clicks into place. Check that it is flush and secure all around.
Change the second side in the same way.

Completion

Reattach the stand, connect the power and other cables, and turn on the console.

Keep out of reach of small children – small parts may be swallowed.
Turn off the console, unplug the power cord and all other cables, and allow it to cool down before removing or attaching covers. The main unit may be hot immediately after use (risk of burns).
Do not place fingers in gaps between parts; there is a risk of injury from corners and edges.
Before turning it on, ensure both covers are correctly seated. Incorrectly attached covers can lead to overheating.
